In the summer of 2019, Brendan took to the road to connect independent literary communities across the country while celebrating the release of his recent chapbooks. The reading tour spanned from Florida to Connecticut; along the way, Walsh also conducted interviews with poets in each city, creating a video series that illustrates the reciprocal relationship between poetry and place.
Many thanks to the bookstores, authors, readers and more who took part in this experience! Please see the videos below, in which people up and down the East Coast discuss how they find, build, and support, and rejoice in literary community. The full series is available on YouTube.
